A man in saffron/orange robes with a red-and-white garland and gold armband stands on the chariot platform beside a golden bull, holding an offering over it. Decorative orange-and-red umbrellas with floral patterns frame the scene, and a crowd of devotees in white shirts and dhotis watches from the street.
