Two tall black stone gateposts with gold Chinese-style characters flank a yellow gate, and a path leads up a staircase toward the open temple doorway. Several people walk toward the temple, including a woman in a light blue sari, a man in a grey shirt, and a woman in white. In the foreground a child in an orange dress and a person in an orange cap are visible. Palm trees and a grey overcast sky frame the scene.2008-06-09July 30 20122012-07-30Photo 11744218 +1 copiesA photograph of a large white domed stupa under a heavy grey overcast sky, with a gilded tiered spire on top. A wide stone staircase leads up to a gilded niche on the front of the white base, which holds a golden seated figure. Low white railings line the terraces, and a stone-paved path leads toward the structure across a green lawn. Trees, shrubs and wooded hills surround the site. A small bronze statue stands at the side near the steps, and a few benches sit along the lawn. A small red-clad figure is seated on the grass at the far left edge. Two small plaques and a signboard are visible near the entrance.2012-07-30December 17 20132013-12-17
