A man with long swept-back dark hair, wearing a red-brown shawl, rudraksha-style gold necklaces and mala beads, sits on a red-cushioned throne beside a large gold lion sculpture, smiling as he receives an offering. Before him, a man in an orange shawl and mala beads, and a bare-chested man with white vibhuti markings and rudraksha malas, extend items toward him. Several devotees in white and orange garments kneel or sit in front, some holding yellow cloth. Behind them a video camera on a tripod and a crowd stand under white draped tents with gold decorations.2016-01-03Photo 116877412014-07-04 +1 copiesPhoto 11729729October 23 20142014-10-23November 25 20142014-11-25January 03 20162016-01-03Photo 11729567Photograph of a crowded ceremonial gathering at a golden throne. A man seated on a red velvet throne with a gilded lion-shaped armrest wears a red shawl, a gold necklace and a long swept-back hairstyle, and smiles while taking a folded paper from an outstretched hand. Around him devotees in white dhotis and orange shawls crowd close, one holding a tray of fruit, another in a saffron-coloured garment kneels offering something. A camera on a tripod stands behind, and gold draped backdrop and white canopy frame the scene.
