A figure in saffron-orange dress on the left stands near a gold ritual vessel and raises a hand in an offering gesture, while a gold statue of a bearded sage in a rust-coloured turban and rudraksha-style beads stands on the right, also garlanded. The ornate backdrop is decorated with mirrored and jewelled panels. The setting suggests an abhishekam or puja arrangement in an Aadheenam hall.2018-12-22Golden deity murti pair seated on an ornate throne decorated with jewelled panels, dressed in silver and gold jewellery and layered garlands of yellow, red and white flowers. A priest in orange robes at left raises his hand in blessing or offering over a brass vessel and a silver tray. At right, a golden figure in a maroon turban and maroon robe, with a rudraksha-style necklace and a garland of yellow, pink and white flowers, stands beside the throne. Brass and gold ritual objects surround the altar in a temple-like setting.2018-12-22August 13 20182018-08-13A photograph of a temple shrine with two large gilded deity murtis seated side by side, one wearing an orange-red turban and red-and-gold ornamentation, the other wearing a tall golden crown and rich gold jewellery with a gold necklace. Both are framed by an ornate gold arch and surrounded by yellow and purple flower garlands. In the left foreground a man with long dark hair, a white flower garland, bare upper torso, a white dhoti and a golden shawl stands at the shrine reaching up to touch the gold arch. Fresh flower decorations and a silver vessel appear at the lower edge, with garlands of green and purple flowers in front.2010-01-01
