It wears a crown of fruit, and layered garlands of oranges, limes, bananas, grapes and red apples cover its chest and arms. It stands within a gilded arched frame with carved makara-style figures, against a gold drape and maroon curtain. A kalasha-like brass lamp sits at the lower right, surrounded by fruit offerings including bananas, oranges, lemons, pumpkins and cut watermelon slices arranged as a fruit abhishekam-style display. No people are visible in the scene.2011-04-19Close-up photograph of a black-faced deity murti decorated for worship, with a silver crown and silver-embossed ornaments.
