In the foreground a priest's hands, one wearing a silver bracelet and white-marked wrist, pour water from a silver-tipped white conch shell over the bare feet of a shaved-headed person seated at right, whose head is blurred with a dark circular mark. Red and pink flowers and white jasmine petals rest on a golden tray and silver bowls.
