A large seated congregation fills a bright hall during a satsang-style gathering. Most men wear saffron-orange cloths over bare or white-clad upper bodies, with rudraksha malas around their necks and white sandalwood or vibhuti markings on their foreheads. Several men in white dhotis and shawls sit among them, and younger boys in white cloths appear in the foreground. A large illuminated image of a deity murti glows in the background above a red-draped altar, with more devotees seated in rows beyond. The scene conveys a dense ashram assembly rather than a single focal speaker, with many people closely packed in the frame.2017-07-04 +2 copiesJuly 02 20172017-07-02A large seated gathering of devotees in an ashram hall, most wearing saffron-orange dhotis or wraps and rudraksha malas around their necks, with some bare-chested and some with white vibhuti or tilak marks on their foreheads.
