To the left, a white-clad priest holds a red-and-orange shawl and a plate near a black deity murti in an arched silver frame, garlanded with marigolds and multicoloured flower strands, sitting on a red stone mound with offerings, a brass lamp and a kolam rangoli pattern on the ground.2008-12-29A photograph of a group of saffron-robed men and boys seated on the ground in a courtyard with red walls and greenery behind them. Many wear orange turbans or head wraps and rudraksha malas, and several have sandalwood or ash markings on their foreheads. In the foreground at left stands an ornately carved, red-cushioned throne with gold-toned decorative metalwork, and at right a carved stone pillar. Behind the group are sculpted animal figures, possibly a lion and a bull. The seated figures appear attentive, several with eyes closed or looking forward. No one is clearly identifiable as a person in this view, and the seated person on the throne is not visible.2017-08-09 +2 copiesA photograph inside a temple interior with gilded pillars and golden decorative surfaces.
