A man in a brown robe with a gold-edged yellow undergarment and a brown shawl, long dark hair tied back, stands at the machine smiling, holding a long wooden staff with a silver-capped end. Beside him, a bare-chested older man stands at the machine, and a younger man in a white vest and checked lungi holds a silver pot. In the foreground, two people in saffron-orange robes face away, one wearing an orange turban, and a woman in orange with a beaded necklace stands at right. A blue-handled hacksaw hangs on the wall at top right.2013-10-19October 19 20132013-10-19June 22 20132013-06-22 +1 copiesApril 24 20192019-04-24A workshop photograph inside a plain whitewashed room with a green metal lathe-like machine and a large green-rimmed wheel. Bowls of red powder and yellow-brown powder sit at the left edge on the sandy ground.2017-08-29November 16 20182018-11-16A photo of a craftsman seen from behind and above, working at a wooden bench on a small metal object. He wears a white sleeveless vest and has greying hair; he holds a tool and a small copper-coloured ornamental piece with a circular, petal-like rim of rolled metal. On the bench lie loose metal scraps, a small white container, and a basic mobile phone, with a piece of paper and newspaper beneath. The setting is outdoors in bright light. No a person candidate is visible; only the craftsman is present.2016-11-18
