Flanking figures stand in carved and garlanded alcoves: a figure on the left in pink and purple with a turban and garland, and a figure on the right in brown and maroon with a turban, rudraksha-style beads and a garland. Brass oil lamps stand at both sides, and a golden kalasha-like object sits before the deity with flower garlands draped down. Small figurines and offerings lie at the base, and a blurred orange-flowered foreground is visible. Statues and murtis only; no physical people are present.2017-09-11August 22 20172017-08-22A golden-framed shrine niche holds two large metallic murtis seated on a silver throne with a red backdrop and purple cloth. The figure on the left wears a golden crown, a yellow turban, a rudraksha-style bead necklace and pearl-and-gem jewellery, holds a trident-like staff and makes a blessing gesture. The figure on the right wears a golden crown, pearl and gold necklaces, a green garment and white jasmine garlands with red flowers. A large Shivalingam-like form sits below, draped in garlands and cloth, with a decorated plate in front. Beside the niche stands a yellow-clad statue. No living people are visible.2013-12-07A temple shrine with gilded arches and red curtains frames a group of painted statues. At centre, a seated deity murti with a trident and a crown is joined by a consort wearing a blue sari and garlands. A silver linga stands in front, draped with marigold garlands. Two standing statues flank the shrine, each wearing garlands, ornate necklaces and turbans, with brass oil lamps beside them. Small brass stands hold offerings, and a golden canopy hangs above the central figures.2017-09-21Photo 11717509 +1 copiesJanuary 08 20172017-01-08October 12 20172017-10-12 +1 copiesNovember 11 20142014-11-11
