A man in a dark rust-red sleeveless top and dhoti, with a leopard-print sash, rudraksha malas on chest and arms, a tall black hair turban and a gold chain walks barefoot along a striped rug. Behind him, two younger boys in saffron-orange turbans and dhotis carry a kalasha-like vessel wrapped in purple and white brocade with green leaves, and another carries a gold-brocade cloth bundle. A yellow-painted pole and open pavilion roof appear in the background. A procession with ritual offerings, though the exact rite is not visible.2017-09-14Night photograph of a procession on a courtyard path lined with a striped woven runner in pink, blue, green and white.
