October 25 20172017-10-25Night procession on a paved courtyard under a covered pavilion with red pillars. A bearded man in a maroon dhoti and heavy gold necklace walks at centre, holding a tall gold-handled ceremonial umbrella with a multicoloured fringed canopy over his head. Barefoot attendants in saffron-orange dhotis and shawls, some with rudraksha malas, walk alongside. Behind them a man in a maroon dhoti holds a flower-decorated object, and at right a man in white dhoti with gold border and a shawl holds his hands together in greeting. A striped runner cloth lies on the ground, and lanterns and a vehicle appear in the background.2017-09-17November 23 20172017-11-23 +1 copiesOctober 25 20172017-10-25February 23 20172017-02-23January 14 20182018-01-14 +1 copiesDecember 02 20172017-12-02September 14 20172017-09-14Night procession photographed in the open. A bearded man in a maroon-red robe with a long multicolour flower garland and a heavy gold necklace walks forward with eyes closed, a tilak mark on his forehead. To his left an older man in white dhoti with a white shawl and rudraksha mala stands with white vibhuti on his forehead. On the right a man in saffron-orange clothing holds up a tall golden-staff umbrella with multicoloured tassels. Several other people are visible behind, and a bright light glows in the dark background.2016-09-05 +1 copiesNovember 15 20172017-11-15February 24 20172017-02-24Night photograph of a procession at an outdoor ashram setting with a red-and-gold ornate throne in the foreground. Four men walk in a line in orange and red-orange dhoti-style garments; the central figure wears a red cloth, a long gold necklace and a headband, and another walks with a tall yellow pole supporting a multicoloured canopy with fringed edges. A red-and-gold decorated banner stands at right, and a striped mat lies at lower left. Concrete posts and a white vehicle are visible at left. The central walking figure has long dark hair and a gold necklace, but his face and appearance are not distinctive enough to confirm identity, so he is described only by role as a walking devotee in procession.2017-10-01
