Photo 11716862July 17 20182018-07-17Photo 11716865A photograph of a stage event with devotees seated in namaste on a raised platform before a large projected backdrop of a starry night sky, a crescent moon and a glowing silhouette of a deity pair. Central to the backdrop is a projected figure seated on an ornate white arched throne, with a small white umbrella canopy above it. Eleven seated people are visible: several bare-chested men in white dhoti-style cloth, and women in black and red-orange garments, all with palms pressed together. A red velvet curtain and stage lights frame the scene. The person third from left wears a pink-red garment and a sacred thread, seated with hands folded. Pedestal and projection show deity murti imagery rather than physical persons.2018-04-30December 18 20172017-12-18A stage performance in front of a red velvet curtain and a backdrop of a starry galaxy with a crescent moon and a red-glowing figure. Center stage, a white ornate arched throne-like structure with a gold-trimmed canopy holds a painted or statue depiction of a seated bearded figure in white robes. In front of it, a row of performers sit cross-legged with palms pressed together in namaste: a shirtless man in white dhoti on the left, a bare-chested man with a rudraksha mala at center, a woman in black top and red shawl, and a woman in black with hands folded. Others in red and orange robes sit beside them. The posture suggests a devotional tableau or satsang-style presentation.2018-04-30March 09 20172017-03-09Photo 11716867Photo 11716863Photo 11717480 +1 copiesJune 27 20182018-06-27August 21 20182018-08-21
