In the foreground, three men sit in red-cushioned chairs: on the left a man in a white-and-grey striped shirt and dark trousers holds a small booklet; in the centre a man in a white shirt and black trousers rests his hands together; on the right an older man in white dhoti and white shirt with a green-bordered cloth over his shoulder and gold-rimmed glasses holds a microphone-like object near his mouth. Behind them, a monk in saffron-yellow garments and a red-clad figure sit among the audience. The background shows a large painted image of a goddess in red and gold ornamentation, decorated with yellow and red flower garlands, and a brass lamp stand with flower garlands stands at the right edge.2010-09-20March 15 20182018-03-15Photograph of a seated audience at a stage event. In the foreground, two men sit on black chairs with red cushions: the left man wears a white-and-grey striped shirt and dark trousers, while the middle man wears an all-white shirt and trousers and a red thread on his wrist. Beside them a man in white clothes with a green-striped edge sits next to a tall brass lamp decorated with white flowers and red blossoms. Standing at left, a man in saffron-orange robes with a rudraksha mala and bangles stands beside a person in white with a yellow cloth. Behind them, a large painted backdrop shows deity figures with garlands, and more seated people and water bottles are visible.2010-09-20A seated row of men on a stage at an indoor public event. In the centre, a figure in an orange turban and saffron/orange robe with a dark rudraksha-style mala sits on an orange armchair, with bare feet resting on an orange footstool. Beside him, seated men wear white shirts and dhotis, a light blue shirt with jeans, and a maroon-and-gold shawl. Behind them stands a backdrop with a painted scene of a deity and garlands, and bottled water sits on the floor.
