A gilded, arched shrine houses three figures on a silver-and-gold throne-like seat with curved armrests studded with round medallions and garlanded with yellow and orange flowers. The central figure is a deity murti in an orange and gold sari, a tall ornate crown, layered gold necklaces and a jewelled ornament, with hands in a blessing pose. Seated to the left is a male figure with a maroon turban and maroon-and-gold brocade, and to the right a female figure in orange and gold with a jewelled crown and garlands. A red curtain and a hanging bell frame the scene. Statues and portraits only; no physical people are present. A watermarked caption reads Meenakshi Pattabhishekam.2017-05-05May 05 20172017-05-05May 05 20172017-05-05May 05 20172017-05-05Three deity murtis are seated together on a decorated golden throne framed by an ornate gilt arch with an orange drape behind. The central figure wears a tall ornate crown, layered jewelled necklaces, and an orange-and-gold garment, with a bejewelled sceptre in one hand. Two smaller figures flank it: one in a maroon turban and necklaces, and another in a jewelled headdress and orange-and-gold dress. Garlands of yellow and white flowers drape the seats and the throne's serpent-like backrests, which are studded with circular decorations. The murtis are carved and ornamented, and the image appears to show a pattabhishekam-style coronation display.2017-05-05February 22 20132013-02-22September 11 20142014-09-11May 02 20142014-05-02March 05 20152015-03-05 +1 copiesMay 04 20142014-05-04Photo 116864772014-03-15December 06 20142014-12-06
