Photograph of a young man with short dark hair seated in a meditation or initiation session, eyes closed and head slightly bowed. He wears a white shirt and a long rudraksha mala with a white cord around his neck, and a copper bangle on his wrist. He holds a small clear crystal or quartz piece against his forehead between the eyebrows. Beside him a shaved-headed man in white clothing sits with head lowered, and blurred seated participants in white and red-brown clothing fill the background. The setting appears to be an indoor hall with rows of chairs.2017-03-17March 17 20172017-03-17Photo 11712473 +2 copiesMarch 17 20172017-03-17May 09 20172017-05-09Photo 11712470 +2 copiesPhotograph of devotees seated in a hall during a ritual. In the foreground a young man in a white top and an orange-red patterned shawl dabs white ash or paste onto his forehead with his fingers. Beside him a man with short dark hair bows his head, hand to his brow. Behind them other people in white clothes and red shawls sit in rows, and a woman at right touches her forehead. No one is clearly identifiable as a person; the scene shows devotees in white ritual dress with red shawls performing forehead markings during a puja.2016-02-23October 09 20122012-10-09May 24 20152015-05-24February 16 20162016-02-16May 08 20172017-05-08May 03 20172017-05-03
