Several wear rudraksha malas and beaded necklaces. They eat from large green leaf plates heaped with rice, vegetables and fried items, with steel tumblers beside them. Behind them, more people in orange and white clothing stand or move through a hall.2017-03-14Several young men in saffron-orange dhoti-style cloth sit cross-legged on a floor covered with blue mats, eating a meal from green banana-leaf plates. In the foreground, shaved-headed monks in saffron-orange robes sit in rows with palms pressed together in anjali, some with white vertical tilak marks on their foreheads and rudraksha malas around their necks. Before each figure lies a banana leaf heaped with food, with small paper cups of drink beside it. Behind them, rows of people in red and white sit on mats, and a few white-clad attendants stand at the far right near a large vessel.
