Six young men and boys play round frame drums with pink sticks. Most wear orange dhoti-style cloths with gold borders, bare chests, rudraksha malas and white ash markings on their faces and torsos. One drummer in the centre wears a white dhoti with a gold border. Behind them, another person in white and orange clothing stands near a pillar, with greenery and red and orange festive banners in the background.2016-12-15June 23 20182018-06-23November 14 20182018-11-14June 24 20182018-06-24Night photograph of a group of young boys in saffron-orange dhotis and matching saffron turbans, bare-chested with rudraksha malas and sandalwood or ash markings on their bodies. Several play large drums with thin sticks while others stand in line behind them, one boy at the far right holding a long brass horn. They stand on a stone-paved courtyard lit by a bright lamp in trees and street lights. The scene resembles a ceremonial drum procession. No adult a person candidate is visible.2017-09-07
