Brass ritual implements, including a flat-handled arati and a lotus-shaped plate, lie on the orange-fronted stone platform. Inside the shrine stand deity murtis decorated with garlands, a crown and gold-trimmed attire. A smaller standing figure in orange and gold sits in a niche at right. The setting is an open temple courtyard with stone walls.2013-12-07December 07 20132013-12-07December 06 20132013-12-06A priest in a white dhoti and shawl with gold border stands at left, waving a feather fan over a large shrine of deity murti. Two seated gold-bodied deity figures sit in front of a red and magenta drape, one wearing a tall orange-and-gold crown and the other a golden crown, both adorned with white jasmine garlands with red flower accents and jeweled necklaces. A lingam-like form draped in a red cloth with gold ornaments sits at the centre, decorated with garlands and a small figure below. Gold-framed arches frame the shrine, and a figure in orange robes stands at the far right. This appears to be a puja or arati ceremony at a temple shrine. No a person candidate is clearly visible.2013-12-07
