He extends his right hand toward a kneeling devotee who has his head bowed. Around him, a bare-chested attendant with long hair and a sacred thread kneels and gestures, a woman in an orange sari stands behind the throne, and a woman in a white sari with a gold border sits at right, possibly tying threads. Gold curtains and a lamp appear in the background. Several people are visible, consistent with a seated devotional gathering. A seated figure in distinctive regalia on a throne with garlanded adornments and a crown-like turban matches the page's a person reference (probable).2017-07-08December 07 20162016-12-07Night outdoor photo of a seated man on an ornate gold throne with a leopard-print cushion and a golden lion figure beside him. He wears a maroon-red turban with a gold emblem, a maroon-red cloth, a heavy gold necklace, gold armbands and bracelets, and has a white forehead marking and a full dark beard. He appears to be receiving an offering: a shaved-headed woman in orange with a dreadlocked hairstyle, bare-shouldered with white body markings, bends forward holding a white cloth bundle with flowers. Another woman in orange with a long gold-beaded necklace stands at right. Gold sunburst-style carvings decorate the throne and strings of lights hang overhead.
