A photograph of a ritual water offering: a hand on the right holds a silver spoon-like ladle, pouring liquid into the open palms of a woman whose wrist shows a tattoo and who wears a metal bangle. Basil or tulsi-like green leaves are scattered on a blue and gold brocade cloth and fill a brass tray at lower right.
