A floor rangoli on bare ground, arranged as a large symmetrical flower design with a central lotus-like medallion of red rose petals and green leaves, ringed by bands of yellow marigold strings. Teal-green painted petal shapes and white chalk outlines surround the centre, with scattered red petals, orange blooms and a small blue flower. No people are visible in the frame, and the design occupies the whole image.2009-12-26A floor mandala made of flower petals and leaves on a speckled grey terrazzo floor. A circular design with concentric rings: an outer ring of dark magenta petals, then yellow marigold-like petals, a white ring of small flowers, a green leaf ring, and a central yellow flower cluster with a red-orange flower at the centre. Small white jasmine-like blossoms are scattered around the edge, and a pink flower lies at the left edge with a corner of a purple item and a lit oil lamp at the lower right. No people are visible.2009-09-02December 02 20092009-12-02November 21 20112011-11-21August 13 20122012-08-13December 02 20092009-12-02November 20 20032003-11-20A photograph of a circular floral pookalam, a flower rangoli on a speckled grey terrazzo floor. Concentric rings of white jasmine, magenta petals and yellow marigold petals form a star-like pattern around a central yellow flower circle, with a brass oil lamp burning at the centre. Behind it sits a tray of bananas and sweets on the left and a bowl of mixed fresh fruit on the right, with an orange-draped altar and garlands at the top edge.
