The man on the left, wearing a white face mask, plays a barrel-shaped dhol drum with a wooden stick; he has dark matted hair and white markings on his arms. The woman on the right, also masked, plays a brass cymbal (kansa) with a cloth-wrapped stick. Both wear orange sarongs and rudraksha malas. Behind them is a large printed portrait of a bearded man in a red turban, gold garlands and a gold pendant, seated on a tiger-skin cushion with a raised hand, framed by an ornate white carved arch. In front, a wooden table holds a coconut, a small bell and a microphone, with potted palms nearby.2020-12-20July 30 20182018-07-30Two young men in saffron-orange sannyasi garments and rudraksha malas play ritual percussion in front of a large printed portrait of a smiling bearded man wearing a red turban, gold necklaces and garlands, seated on a white throne. The player on the left, bare-armed with white ash markings, strikes a large drum, while the player on the right, in an orange shawl, holds small cymbals or hand cymbals. Both wear white face masks. A brass oil lamp decorated with red and white flower garlands stands before the throne, beneath a white carved arch and beside potted palms against a yellow wall.2020-12-26
