He holds a bundle of straw or grass to a small flame in a lamp, possibly for a homa or fire offering, with red beaded armlets on both arms and a red tilak on his forehead. Around him are brass and steel vessels, a mortar and pestle, a stone block, a yellow-wrapped kalasha-like pot and a bronze figure of a deity at the left edge.2017-11-05August 29 20172017-08-29A seated man in a rust-red robe sits on an ornate silver throne-chair beside a silver table holding a silver bowl with a small oil lamp. He wears a leopard-print headwrap over long dreadlocks, multiple rudraksha mala necklaces, rudraksha bracelets on both arms, and a gold chain with a silver pendant. He holds a silver staff in one hand and gestures with the other, looking toward a fire pit at right. Behind him stands a silver deity murti decorated with white flower garlands on a silver pedestal, with dense green foliage in the background. The setting is outdoors at night, with smoke rising from the fire.2017-08-31October 23 20172017-10-23Photo 11706350 +2 copiesNovember 05 20172017-11-05
