He wears a rust-orange dhoti and shawl, a long white and yellow flower garland, a gold chain with a pendant, and gold bangles, and he has long dark hair and a beard. He holds a silver staff topped with a finial, and a gold lion-form armrest rests beside him. A woman in a white and gold sari with long dark hair and hoop earrings holds out an orange cloth, and another woman in a red sari stands behind her. The background is carved gold panelling with a deity relief above.2017-04-30 +1 copiesDecember 01 20162016-12-01Photo of a young woman seated on an ornate gilded throne with red velvet cushions, wearing an orange saree, a white horizontal tilak on her forehead, long rudraksha mala necklaces and gold ornaments, eyes lowered. Facing her, an older woman in a white saree with gold border stands close, her hand resting near the seated woman's lap. Behind them are gold decorative panels and yellow and red floral garlands.2017-08-08September 22 20162016-09-22October 22 20172017-10-22A photograph on a red-lit stage showing a devotee bowing forward to touch their head to a silver tray held by a man in white. The standing man wears a white dhoti with gold borders and a bare torso, with hair tied up and a bead bracelet, bending toward the kneeling woman in a blue sari with green border and a red bindi, who wears a garland of white flowers. On the right, a long-haired man in a rust-orange robe with a rudraksha-style beaded necklace and long dreadlocked hair reaches toward the tray. A gold-framed panel and a floral garland arrangement with red, yellow and green blooms appear behind them. The page references a 40th Avatardinotsava celebration, but no name or a person is legibly printed on the stage, so the identity of the figure in orange is unconfirmed.2016-12-23Indoor stage event before a deep plum velvet curtain. A seated man on an ornate gold throne with a carved arched back wears saffron-orange robes, a rudraksha mala and a long ceremonial garland of gold-toned beads, and holds a small red flower or offering as he smiles. Two men in orange and salmon-coloured dhotis stand at left; one, bald and bespectacled, leans in and holds a silver tray with a kalasha-style vessel. A woman in a white saree with a small floral pattern stands at right with folded hands near her waist. The seated figure has a person appearance (long swept-back hair, saffron robes, rudraksha and ceremonial garland), in an attending role. A tiger-skin cushion lies on the throne steps.
