A central man in a maroon and gold dhoti with a gold-bordered shawl wears a long pink and white flower garland, a red tilak and a dark swept-up hairstyle, smiling as he walks. Beside and behind him, men and boys in orange and saffron dhotis, bare-chested and wearing beaded necklaces, carry a silver kalasha pot topped with green leaves. Men in white dhotis and shirts, some with orange sashes, follow the procession. A large ornate orange and red banner hangs on a pole in the background, and onlookers stand along the path.2016-01-03 +1 copiesSeptember 30 20172017-09-30June 07 20162016-06-07 +1 copiesA procession on a red carpet under a open-sided pavilion, with a red-and-gold ceremonial umbrella and decorated banners overhead.
