Long mala-like beads of rudraksha hang across the figure, with white and red flower garlands draped on the shoulders and arms. Orange and gold fabric is wrapped around the body, and a golden-bordered backdrop of purple and teal drapery frames the scene. The murti sits on an ornate metal peetha with a small offering or puja arrangement in front. No living people are visible.2013-12-07January 04 20172017-01-04A photograph of a temple puja before a richly decorated deity murti. A bare-chested priest in white dhoti and green sash, with a green headband and a rudraksha-style bead necklace, leans forward and reaches toward the deity. The murti wears a gold crown, gold jewellery, a green and gold brocade garment and a large floral garland. Behind it stand banks of marigold and red-and-white flower garlands, green leaves, a gold throne back and red drapery. The priest's face is partly turned away from the camera.2016-03-27January 09 20152015-01-09
