A night-time photograph of an ornate deity murti seated on a tiered golden-and-orange pedestal decorated with lions and a coiled cobra at its base. The figure wears a red and gold sari, a jewelled necklace, and is garlanded with white jasmine strands and green leaves, with a golden arched prabhavali behind. Two small ganesha-like figures flank the central deity. In front, a bright fire burns in a homa pit, with brass lamps, a kalasha vessel and a plate of flowers, rice and a white cloth bundle arranged at the foreground.
