Overhead hangs a long red banner with a multicoloured diamond and teardrop border and gold lettering reading NITHYANANDAM. Above the procession are several colourful umbrellas and gold-fringed standards in red, yellow and green with embroidered motifs. Men in white kurtas and dhotis carry poles and umbrellas on both sides. At the centre, several saffron-robed figures walk, one wearing a tall ornate headdress and gold necklaces, another with a long beard in orange robes, and a figure in a red robe. A woman in an orange sari and a man in a cream kurta with an orange shawl walk among the group. Festive orange pennants line the background.2009-01-01Outdoor procession with a banner reading "Nithyanada Sangha Guadeloupe" and Hindi text "नित्यानंद संघ गुआदेलूप" carried by several men. The banner shows the Guadeloupe flag with three gold fleurs-de-lis on blue, a black field and a yellow sun, plus a portrait of a smiling woman in a dark hat. A man in center wears a white shirt, a long rudraksha mala and a red-and-white lanyard badge, holding a red pole. Around him, people carry blue and maroon umbrellas with silver fringe and orange-clad participants walk past a crowd; a bearded man in white dhoti and orange shawl stands at right.2016-04-18Outdoor procession at dusk among palm trees. A tall colourful umbrella with green, blue and red panels printed with peacock-style dove emblems and the word Nithyanandapeetam is carried on poles. A young man in white dhoti and yellow shawl holds the gilded edge of a ratha-style float bearing a large banner portrait of a smiling man with a red tilak, wearing an orange robe and rudraksha mala, beside printed text about an international organisation for global peace. Behind, a man in orange robe walks, and several people in white clothes and orange-saffron garments follow. An older man in white with a rudraksha mala walks at left. Their appearance does not match a clear a person candidate in person, and the banner portrait is printed rather than physical.2009-02-16January 01 20092009-01-01January 01 20092009-01-01December 29 20162016-12-29 +1 copies
