April 18 20162016-04-18A festival float or chariot decorated with garlands of yellow, red and white flowers carries two seated deity murtis under a large red canopy with fringed tassels. The figures wear gold crowns, layered jewelled necklaces and ornate ornaments, with one holding a small object in the hand. A carved copper-toned arch frames them against a pale blue sky. No living people are visible in the frame. +1 copiesPhoto 11716259August 06 20182018-08-06October 27 20082008-10-27December 21 20172017-12-21November 26 20122012-11-26Photo 11702176 +1 copiesDecember 21 20132013-12-21August 15 20182018-08-15December 21 20172017-12-21Two metal murti figures of deities stand side by side in a golden-brown ornate shrine framework with a red cloth backdrop, set on green grass with rocks behind. The left figure wears a white dhoti-style wrap with gold border, a gold necklace, a rudraksha-like beaded collar and ornate earrings, with a raised right hand in abhaya mudra. The right figure wears a tall ornate crown, a green and silver breastplate and a garland. Both are decorated with white and red garlands bordered with yellow flowers. The scene looks like a ceremonial decoration of deity idols outdoors.2008-11-11
