Outdoor crowd of devotees seated on tiered terraces with rows of terracotta pots holding small saplings, many with palms pressed together in prayer. A large black stone Nandi bull sits on a pedestal in the centre-right, draped with garlands of orange, white and purple flowers. Most people wear white or cream clothes; several women wear coloured saris in red, green and blue. Some are seated on the steps, others stand along the railings behind. Palm-pressed prayer and seated attendance suggest a satsang or puja gathering, with a Nandi shrine as the focal point.2015-02-19December 12 20162016-12-12July 12 20142014-07-12A large crowd of devotees sits on tiered steps in an open outdoor courtyard under a blue sky, many women in white sarees and men in white dhotis and shirts.
