Photo 11701283 +1 copiesFebruary 21 20162016-02-21A smiling man in a rust-brown robe stands at left, waving with his right hand, wearing a long multi-strand necklace, a gold pendant, and a large red-and-yellow flower garland. Beside him stands a large gold-plated statue of a deity seated on a gold horse, with a golden crown, green garments, a trident and a staff, draped in red, yellow and white flower garlands. Brass oil lamps flank the scene, and a red cloth covers the base. A purple-and-multicolour canopy with tassels hangs above. The man appears to be a person by appearance cues: a rudraksha-style necklace and ornate adornments, with a flower garland, though the identity is uncertain.2016-02-21February 21 20162016-02-21Photo 11693973 +2 copiesFebruary 21 20162016-02-21 +1 copiesFebruary 21 20162016-02-21December 24 20132013-12-24February 14 20162016-02-14 +1 copiesPhoto 11735209A photograph of a smiling person in a rust-red sannyasi-style robe with a gold-bordered dhoti and a matching red-brown turban with a gold ornament, standing before a large golden murti of a deity with a spear and a golden peacock vehicle. The person wears a long white bead necklace and a red and yellow flower garland, and waves with the right hand. Behind them stand a golden deity figure with a spear, a second deity figure and an arched golden shrine backdrop, all draped in red and yellow marigold and rose garlands. The murti shows a peacock mount, indicating a Murugan deity form. Appearance-based identification is not made; the person is described by role and clothing only.2013-12-24Photo 11701287
