Behind him, an ornate golden arch and a red-and-gold decorated deity murti stand in the temple setting, with brass kalasha pots and offering vessels in the foreground. Readable text in the lower corners reads Nithyananda Homa and Nithyanandotsavam, 2021 - Day 9.2022-01-09August 19 20182018-08-19A photograph of a ritual abhishekam in progress. A hand in an orange-clad sleeve holds a polished silver vessel shaped like a spouted pot with an elephant-head spout, its top wrapped in white cloth, while water pours from the spout in a thin stream. Another hand adjusts the cloth. A blurred seated figure in orange and gold beads sits in the lower left, and colourful string lights glow in the dark background.2017-02-21September 17 20152015-09-17February 21 20172017-02-21Close photo of a ritual abhishekam vessel: a polished silver kalasha-style pot with an elephant-head spout and a decorated square panel with a floral motif, held aloft by two hands. Hands wear gold bangles and a black thread. Yellow marigold garlands and a folded white and gold cloth wrap the top, with thin grass blades (darbha) trailing. Blurred background of colourful bokeh lights and indistinct figures suggests an evening ceremony.2016-12-02Close-up photo of a silver-toned ritual vessel with an elephant-head spout pouring a stream of golden liquid. Two blurred people sit in the background: a woman with dark hair on the left and a shaved-headed man in white with gold necklaces on the right. Warm orange and dark tones dominate the frame.2011-12-20February 21 20172017-02-21April 14 20182018-04-14
