A photograph of a large ceremonial stage with a seated figure on an ornate silver throne framed by a semicircular arch of red, white and yellow flower garlands. The seated man wears a golden turban, a red and gold robe, and a long multi-strand beaded necklace with a red garland. Around the throne, a dense crowd sits on the floor in white and cream clothing, with several people in saffron and red shawls, many with long hair in plaits and braids, and some with bald heads. A glowing amber bokeh backdrop fills the background. A probable Swamiji is seated in the centre on the throne, identified by the turban, ornate clothing and ceremonial beads.2018-01-09December 23 20162016-12-23December 23 20162016-12-23 +1 copiesDecember 23 20162016-12-23January 09 20182018-01-09January 09 20182018-01-09A seated figure in a saffron-orange garment with a gold crown and rudraksha-style beaded necklaces sits centrally on an ornate heart-shaped throne decorated with mosaic-like patterns, marigold and flower garlands, and a golden canopy above. a person, the central seated guru, with a long staff in his hand. Before him, a row of men with bare upper bodies in white dhotis, some with orange sashes and sacred threads, sit with their backs to the camera behind low tables draped in striped cloths holding brass plates and offerings. Women in white and teal saris and a woman in a light blue top sit at the right and centre. Red and gold tassel decorations hang beside gilded pillars with carved lion and deity panels, and a trident leans against the left pillar. The scene looks like a ritual satsang or darshan.
