Around him, a man in an orange dhoti holds a tall golden staff, and a bare-chested young man beside him wears rudraksha malas. Devotees in saffron, white and green saris, and white dhotis fill the scene, and a drummer in white plays a drum at left. A bare-chested young man in the foreground holds his hands in anjali with white markings on his forehead, and a trishul rises at left. In the foreground a woman in a white sari with an orange and blue border carries a long wooden pole, and a man in a black shirt walks beside her. Behind them a line of devotees in white dhotis and saris follows. At centre a woman in a white sari carries a brass plate. On the right a man in saffron robes with a garland of pink and white flowers, rudraksha beads and a trident-tipped staff walks; he appears to be a person candidate by these cues, though this is an appearance-based label only. A woman in white with an orange shawl and a brass lamp walks at the far right. Many other people are visible in the dim background.2006-12-31October 11 20162016-10-11Photo 11700151 +1 copiesNight procession on a paved path at a temple-style setting. Several men in saffron-orange robes and rudraksha malas walk alongside, some carrying tall staffs with ornate tops. Men in white dhotis and a woman in a grey sari are among the procession. Behind, a brightly lit ornamental temple tower glows, with a red building to the left. Count of visible people is more than twenty.2017-02-09Photo 11699117
