A bare-chested priest in an orange dhoti and orange cloth wrap pours water from a brass kalasha over the Nandi, with a garland of red and orange flowers draped on the statue. Behind him, several seated devotees on red steps hold small brass vessels and lamps, some in white clothes. Red flags and a green hose run through the scene under a leafy tree. The priest is a person in ritual dress; no candidate for a person is clearly identifiable from appearance, so no identity is claimed.2016-12-15February 17 20172017-02-17December 05 20162016-12-05 +1 copiesJanuary 23 20172017-01-23February 26 20172017-02-26November 21 20162016-11-21 +1 copiesOutdoor photo of a black stone Nandi bull statue on a red sandstone ghat staircase.
