A worker in a white shirt and dark blue trousers leans over a half-built wall of pale grey concrete blocks, spreading mortar with a trowel on a flat concrete site. A shallow metal bowl of wet mortar sits on the wall's top edge. Behind him a second worker in a red-and-white striped shirt sits by the bowl, and a third person in white crouches further back among unfinished concrete buildings with empty window openings. A hessian sack hangs on a pillar at left, and water hoses run across the wet floor.

A photo of a construction worker laying concrete block masonry on a dirt site. A man in a light checked short-sleeved shirt and dark trousers stands on wooden scaffolding, pressing a grey cinder block into place on a wall. Wooden poles and a bundle of timber lie in the foreground, and a mortar tray sits on the scaffold. Behind him are low white industrial sheds with red trim, a multi-storey building with water tanks on its roof, trees and a distant hill under a hazy sky.

A photograph of a construction site where a man in a red and blue plaid shirt and grey trousers stands on a scaffold, applying mortar with a trowel to a grey concrete block wall beneath a corrugated metal roof. He holds a metal mortar tray in his other hand and wears a red-and-orange thread on his wrist. A second worker in a yellow shirt is partly visible in the lower left foreground. Blue scaffolding and wooden planks frame the right side of the image.

A construction worker in a red and white checked shirt and light trousers stands on a blue metal scaffold ladder, plastering or working on a concrete block wall under a corrugated metal roof. Wooden planks and green electrical cables with a floodlight are visible on the right.

A construction site photo showing a low perimeter wall of grey concrete blocks being built. A man in a white checked shirt and dark trousers stands on a timber scaffold laying blocks on the top course, with mortar visible on the wall. A second man in a plaid shirt stands on the right, and a younger boy in a khaki shirt and dark trousers stands at the lower left holding a bamboo pole. Bamboo poles tied with rope form the scaffolding. Loose stone blocks and sand lie on the ground, with palm trees and a blue tractor in the background under a pale sky.

A worker in a plaid short-sleeved shirt and light striped trousers bends over a concrete block structure at a construction site, troweling wet cement into a square opening between grey breeze-block walls. He wears an orange thread bracelet on his wrist and is barefoot. Behind him another worker holds a metal pan, and loose rubble, red soil and stacked stones surround the site. A second person's bare-legged, sandaled feet are visible at the right edge.

A worker in an orange short-sleeved shirt and light denim cut-off shorts stands on a metal scaffold plastering a grey concrete block wall with a trowel. Bundled pale wooden poles sit on the scaffold platform below. A second worker's hand holds a tool at the left edge, and another person in a headscarf is partly visible at the bottom right. This is a construction site scene with no ritual, devotional or a person-related content visible.

A construction worker in a cream shirt and blue-and-white checked lungi stands on a concrete block wall, placing a cinder block on a stacked column while leaning forward. He wears an orange wristband and sandals. Behind him, workers in white shirts and lungis move across a red dirt site with a white van, stacked timber and a low wall under a cloudy sky.

A photograph of a construction site at a brick building under a corrugated metal roof. A young man in a checked short-sleeved shirt and dark trousers stands on a raised platform, working on a stone pillar with a trowel. Beside him, an older man in a white shirt and white head-wrap stands at a wooden-framed doorway, watching. Behind them are bamboo scaffolding, stacked stone blocks and a red metal support frame.
