A photograph of a Navaratri pooja at night in an indoor hall. A standing priest in a white dhoti, bare-chested, raises a lit camphor aarti flame with both hands toward a tiered display of colourful deity murtis and dolls, arranged on a stepped pyramid draped with a magenta cloth and decorated with flower garlands and small oil lamps. Two seated devotees, shown only as silhouettes, watch from the lower edge. A large Ganesha murti adorned with orange garlands sits on a red-covered table at right, surrounded by lamps. Strings of fairy lights and a patterned wall grille complete the scene.A photograph of a bare-chested man in a white dhoti performing a Navaratri golu display, holding a lit flame or lamp toward a tiered arrangement of painted clay dolls and deity figures on white-draped steps. A brightly coloured Hindu deity figure with blue skin stands at the top right, and a gilded multi-armed deity murti sits at left beside a framed picture. A seated figure in a red and gold turban, garlanded with flowers, is among the dolls at centre. Tiered shelves hold lotus-seated goddess figures in pink, green and yellow, and a small rath or chariot-shaped doll rests at lower right. A green shoot with yellow flowers sits in the foreground. The man is the only physical person visible.2024-03-10Photo 11697953 +1 copiesPhoto 11697955 +1 copiesSeptember 24 20172017-09-24 +2 copiesSeptember 24 20172017-09-24 +1 copiesPhoto 11697951 +1 copiesOctober 07 20212021-10-07March 26 20202020-03-26October 07 20212021-10-07Photo 11706635 +1 copiesOctober 07 20212021-10-07
