He wears a white garland of jasmine strands interspersed with red and orange roses and green leaves, and has a white vibhuti mark with a red dot on his forehead. Beside him, a man in an orange dhoti holds a tall gold ceremonial staff topped with a small red and white decorative tassel. Behind them, a crowd of people in orange, red and green saris and garments stands in a sunlit outdoor courtyard with palm trees. He wears a white-and-red garland of marigold and red flowers with green leaves across his chest and arms, a red tilak on his forehead, and red-beaded bracelets. His eyes are lowered and he is smiling slightly. Behind him a gold-embroidered throne with red cushions stands beside colourful fringed hangings and a brass lamp, with palm trees and a parked car visible in the background. Appearance-based cues including long swept-back hair, rudraksha malas and gold ornaments suggest Swamiji (probable), standing in person.2016-08-12Outdoor ritual scene with a man in a rust-red dhoti and shawl, wearing a long pink and white flower garland with red roses, a thick rudraksha mala and gold necklaces, and a gold arm band. He holds a brass handbell in his right hand while smoke from an incense or puja offering drifts around him. Behind him, a crowd of children and adults in orange and red clothes stands with hands folded, and ornate gold-and-blue parasols shade the area under hanging green leaves. A brass tray of flowers and offerings sits at the bottom edge, and a gold-covered object appears at the right. The setting suggests a puja or aarti with devotees gathered in an open courtyard.2016-10-08July 18 20152015-07-18 +1 copiesJanuary 01 20172017-01-01A bearded man with long swept-back dark hair stands outdoors in sunlight, eyes lowered, holding a silver kalasha-style pot in both hands. He wears a rust-brown dhoti-style garment, a thick garland of red, white, yellow and purple flowers over his shoulders, and multiple rudraksha malas across his chest and waist, with a gold chain at the neck and a white forehead marking with a red-black tilak. Behind him, men in saffron-orange dhotis, some shirtless with rudraksha malas, and a man with dreadlocks walk in a procession beneath a golden ceremonial umbrella with red tassels, near a red building. The pot and garlands suggest a puja or bhumi-puja ceremony.2016-11-23January 04 20152015-01-04A photograph of a smiling man in a rust-brown dhoti and shawl with gold borders, standing barefoot on a patterned rug in front of a gilded throne flanked by golden lion figures. He wears a long necklace of gold-toned beads and a red tilak on his forehead, and raises both hands in a gesture of blessing. Behind him hang colourful tassels from a white arch with painted floral scrollwork and red velvet drapes. The appearance of a long-haired figure in ornate saffron-brown clothing with ceremonial gold necklace and tilak gives a probable identification as Swamiji (probable), shown in a standing blessing pose before the throne.2013-10-07September 27 20172017-09-27
