A large fire pit lined with reddish brick and decorated with white rangoli-style designs burns with tall orange flames in the foreground. A person in an orange-saffron cloth stands behind it, holding a long brass ladle over a copper bowl of offering liquid. A gold-framed seat with a red cushion, a basket of bananas and green fruit sit at left, and a colourful floor kolam lies in the background. Only partial hands and clothing are visible, so no face is shown. Appears to be a homa or yagna ritual.2016-10-29October 16 20182018-10-16Photo 11701817 +1 copiesPhoto 11701308November 23 20162016-11-23January 06 20192019-01-06April 01 20162016-04-01October 03 20182018-10-03August 21 20172017-08-21 +1 copiesA homa fire burns in a yellow-edged square fire pit on a wooden floor.
