A bare-chested man with long swept-back dark hair, a white forehead marking, a trimmed moustache, and a gold necklace over a rust-red shawl places his right hand on the head of a bespectacled man in a white kurta and rudraksha mala. The recipient raises one hand in greeting and smiles. Around them, several men in white kurtas and rudraksha malas stand watching, and another man in a rust-coloured cloth with long hair is partly visible at right. In the foreground is a brass figure of a goddess with an elaborate crown and necklace, beside a copper vessel and a brass lamp with a domed lid. The setting appears to be a devotional gathering with a blessing being given.2017-06-18A bald man in an orange saffron robe with a rudraksha mala places a garland of orange flower-like beads around the neck of a smiling young man in a white t-shirt and dark trousers. Behind them, other people in white and orange clothing stand under a covered open-sided hall with orange cloth hanging from the pillars, and a carved stone pillar with reliefs is visible at left. A woman in white is visible at right near an orange-painted wall.2011-08-19
