The figures rest on a rocky pedestal surrounded by small seated figurines. Behind them rises a tree with golden-orange artificial leaves, lit from within. The red-walled exhibition space has several illuminated scroll-style information panels with photographs and captions, and purple decorative lighting at the edges. No living people are visible.2015-10-08October 9th 2015A large silver-toned statue of a seated deity, with a crescent-like ornament on the head and a garland of white flowers draped around it, sits on a pedestal in front of a tall golden tree with illuminated leaves. The tree is lit in orange and gold against a dark ceiling. Behind the statue, a deep red wall holds several framed display panels with photographs and printed text, and decorative blue-lit lattice panels frame the sides. No physical people are visible in the scene.2015-08-07A bearded man in a rust-orange robe and gold garland sits on a gilded Nandi bull statue draped with a striped tiger-skin cloth, resting one hand on the bull's head. Behind him rises a gold-painted deity murti with a crown and jewelled ornaments, set against a deep red curtain, a golden leafy tree canopy overhead, and gilded lion-pillar sides. A trident and brass lamp stands flank the scene, with potted green plants, a fan and an air cooler at the edges. a person is shown in a seated pose with a rudraksha-style gold necklace and a white flower garland; he is seated on a throne-like arrangement, appearing in a photograph rather than a screen. Interpreted: the seated figure is in person on a dais in a decorated temple-style stage.2017-03-02A man with a full beard and long dark hair sits on a gilded bull statue draped with a striped tiger-skin cloth on a raised stage. He wears a rust-red robe, a gold pendant necklace, a white flower garland and a rudraksha-style mala. Behind him stands a golden deity murti with a crown and a golden tree canopy, flanked by golden lion-pillar sculptures, red curtains, potted green plants, brass lamp stands and a trishul. Striped mats cover the floor, and a cooler and a fan sit at the sides. The seated man's appearance matches several cues for the Swamiji (probable) label, including long swept-back hair, saffron-toned clothing and ceremonial gold necklace, seated in a ceremonial role on the stage.2017-03-02March 13 20202020-03-13
