A stage event with a decorated backdrop of carved silver-toned arches and a colourful canopy. A man in a white dhoti with gold borders and a long brown-and-gold shawl stands at centre, holding a small object and speaking into a microphone toward a seated child in white with a red shawl. A woman in a white sari with a brown rudraksha mala stands behind them. Seated on the floor in front are several men in saffron and orange robes, one with a saffron turban, another with long hair and a rudraksha mala holding a book, and another holding cards. Marigold garlands sit on silver plates before them, and a deity figure is visible at the right edge. A man in orange with a microphone stands at left in a brown robe. Several other people in white and red shawls stand at right. Only the seated and standing figures are physical people.
