Four people stand on the stage: a blindfolded woman in a red sari with a red shoulder bag holds a microphone and a small card, a woman in a white sari with a garland stands beside her, another woman in white holds a microphone, and a man in a white dhoti with gold borders and a rudraksha mala stands at right. Behind them are ornate silver arches with pink and blue backdrops, umbrella canopies, and images of deities adorned with garlands and jewelry. Orange and saffron cloth strips hang in the foreground, and a few seated spectators in the lower right wear orange and white.2015-09-10A stage at a Kumbh camp event with a magenta backdrop, silver ornate arches and pink-canopied thrones holding deity murtis and seated figures. A bearded man in an ochre-saffron dhoti and shawl, with a dark blindfold over his eyes and a rudraksha mala, stands at centre while a younger man in white with a gold-bordered dhoti and a garland speaks into a microphone. Two women in white saris with gold borders stand nearby, one holding a flower garland, and a man in white dhoti on the left wears a garland. Saffron-orange cloths hang from the stage edge. The scene suggests a blindfold reading demonstration staged before onlookers. Four prominent people are visible.2015-09-10Photo of a stage event under a red-and-white tent with an ornate silver-and-gold arch and carved pillars. On the left, a seated man with a saffron turban, rudraksha mala and gold necklaces sits on a gold lion-armrest throne, speaking into a microphone and gesturing with one hand; his face is not visible enough to judge. Behind him stand a deity murti and a large framed portrait. Right of centre, about eight young women and girls in white and orange-red saris with red shawls and beaded malas stand in a row beside a flower bouquet, with two colourful fringed parasols overhead. A kalasha-style lamp stand is visible in the foreground. Roughly eight to ten people are present.2015-09-11September 10 20152015-09-10A stage at an outdoor camp event with a pink and maroon backdrop and purple lighting.
