A figure in the centre with long dark swept-back hair wears orange saffron robes, a large beaded rudraksha mala and a gold-toned necklace, holding a white plate and a small silver trishula; he is seated on a low stone platform. To his right, a man in a red-orange turban and a grey-and-white checked shawl sits cross-legged with palms pressed together in anjali. On the left, a man in a dark jacket with a red-and-white logo stands beside him. Behind them, a man in an orange shawl stands at the edge of the frame. Coloured cloth and a small blue object lie on the floor.2005-05-25 +1 copies2010 - Photo AlbumKailasa Paramparagatha Atal PeethamJune 03 20122012-06-03 +1 copiesA crowd of men gathers closely around a central figure in a saffron-orange turban and orange robe, smiling with palms pressed together in anjali and wearing a yellow-and-green flower garland. Around him, a bearded man in orange robes and a man in a red shawl with a tilak on his forehead hold garlands of pink and white flowers and green leaves, while onlookers in white shirts and dhotis crowd behind. The setting appears to be a stone temple wall with carved detailing.A photograph taken outdoors in cold weather. A long-haired figure in saffron-orange robes with a rudraksha mala and a vibhuti mark on the forehead sits and offers something from a white plate to a person in a red knit cap and dark jacket who reaches forward with cupped hands. Behind them stand two more people in orange shawls, one holding a white cloth, and a woman in a dark jacket. The saffron-clad figure with long hair and rudraksha matches the probable Swamiji cues, so the appearance-based label is used here. The scene looks like a distribution or blessing exchange in a Himalayan setting.2005-05-25June 03 20122012-06-03 +1 copies
