In the lower right, a figure seen from behind in a saffron-orange robe with a shaved head and a white garland around the neck stands with hands pressed together in namaste before the tree, a devotee performing worship. Scattered flower petals lie on the sandy ground under dappled shade. The figure's exact identity is not established, so it is described by role only.2006-12-26January 01 20112011-01-01Photo 11696258December 26 20082008-12-26January 01 20112011-01-01A person in an orange robe stands at the base of a large banyan tree with many aerial roots and trunks, leaning in with head bowed and hand resting against the bark.
