Center and left stand a golden throne-like shrine with deity murtis draped in garlands of white and orange flowers, a golden ornate canopy above. Right, a second golden shrine holds a standing murti in a pink-and-gold garment with a white-flower garland. In the foreground, a bare-chested priest in a blue-and-white dhoti stands at left beside a younger attendant in white dhoti. Right, a man in an orange-red robe and turban with hands folded in namaskar stands before the shrine. Seated on mats at right, several men in white dhotis and orange shawls and garlands sit in prayer. A brass oil lamp, kalasha-like vessels, flower offerings and a decorated puja platform with a kolam-style pattern sit on the floor. Smoke or incense haze fills the air. This appears to be a puja or abhishekam-style ritual, with a figure in orange-red who may be a sannyasi and whose identity cannot be confirmed from appearance.2015-10-18March 27 20162016-03-27May 22 20152015-05-22May 05 20172017-05-05Photo 11694005 +1 copiesA temple-style ritual stage with deity murtis decorated with flower garlands, rainbow-striped canopies overhead and gold-framed shrine arches.
