A temple puja scene with a priest's arm and hand reaching in from the left, holding a yellow flower over a tall silver oil lamp with a lit flame. Beside it, a coconut decorated with yellow chrysanthemum garland and a red mark sits on a brass tray. Behind are yellow and red flower garlands draped over a golden canopy-like altar, with glittering gold fabric in the background and small lit lamps. A silver bowl and banana leaves lie in the foreground. The priest wears a white garment with a red border and a black bead bracelet on the wrist. No face is visible, so no person is identified.2016-03-27April 20 20132013-04-20Photo 11739844 +1 copiesJanuary 26 20172017-01-26Photo 11680411December 25 20132013-12-25A photograph of a temple ritual in which a hand raises a brass oil lamp (deepa) with smoke rising from its flame.
