Behind him three decorated murtis stand on a purple cloth-covered altar framed by yellow and red marigold garlands: a central figure in a tall crown with white garland, flanked by two figures in ornate jewelled costumes and red-and-gold attire. Offering trays, flower-decorated kalasha pots and floral heaps lie in front. Walls are tiled in ochre, and a dark ornate chair stands at the edge. The setting suggests a prana prathishta or puja at a temple shrine.2014-06-28A vehicle with open side doors displays a central shrine of gilded deity murtis draped in gold and garland necklaces, with a golden yellow cloth below. On each door panel is a large printed portrait of a man in saffron-red robes, red headwear, and a red-beaded mala, seated on an ornate gold throne with leopard-print cushions, hands raised in greeting. The portraits are printed images, not physical people, and no physical people are visible.2014-11-08November 08 20142014-11-08A yellow vehicle with its rear doors open reveals an interior shrine with a golden arched backdrop and a deity murti group adorned with heavy gold and bead garlands, set against a golden-yellow silk cloth draped over a platform. Two large printed panels on the open doors show a standing man in red-orange robes with a red turban, a rudraksha-style red mala, and raised hands in a blessing gesture, in front of a golden throne with leopard-print cushions. The printed panels are depictions and no physical people are visible. A copyright-style overlay on the right panel appears in the image.2014-11-08September 03 20132013-09-03A decorated mobile shrine built into the back of a truck, open to a grassy outdoor setting. Inside the central frame stand three deity murtis draped in marigold and white flower garlands, with a kalasha and offerings placed on a red cloth before them. Behind them a painted backdrop shows a large banyan-type tree. Flanking panels show a large printed photograph on the left of a man in a red-orange robe and red turban, hands joined, seated on an ornate golden throne, and on the right a golden statue of Sri Dakshinamurthy seated under floral garlands, with a plaque reading Sri Dakshinamurthy Shrine. No live people are visible.2015-08-09A standing man in a reddish-brown dhoti with gold border and a long multi-strand garland of red and orange flowers stands at left, hands raised in greeting, wearing a large gold pendant necklace and rudraksha-style beads. Behind him on a purple-draped platform stand three ornately decorated deity murti figures framed by arches of yellow, red and white flower garlands, with a crowned central figure.
