Carved relief shows a standing female figure in a niche wearing a tall headdress and long garment, holding an object at waist level, with a smaller companion figure beside her to the right. Recessed rectangular panels with pillar-like carvings surround the figures, and the lower courses of stone steps are green with moss. No people are present.2007-07-05Photograph of weathered sandstone bas-relief carvings on an Angkor-style temple wall, mottled with green and grey lichen. Several apsara dancer figures stand in a row, each with a raised arm, a bent knee and a flowing skirt, and a headdress. The central figure is clearly carved with a crown and elegant pose; the figures to either side are partly eroded. Above them run decorative floral and scroll bands. No physical people are visible in the scene, and the carvings are stone sculptures, not a person.2007-07-05Photo 11690950December 23 20142014-12-23
